VOLVO SPA/CMA -SCL OFF Utility

The program allows you to disable the SCL unit of the car using only the flash dump read from the СEM (spc5646g & spc5748g) unit. You need to load the dump from the СEM unit into the program and press the SCL OFF button. 
After that, the corrected dump must be written to the СEM unit. When installing the СEM unit on the car, you must disconnect the connector from the SCL unit on the steering column of the car. 
The program has a help button, which describes the moments of connecting the programmer to the СEM unit to read dumps from them. In corrected dumps the program calculates all checksums.
